Payment Policy

SYNAPSE SPARK STUDIO LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the TasteSparks platform. This Payment Policy explains how payments, account balances, and transactions are handled when you use our services.

1. Credit-Based System

TasteSparks uses a credit-based payment system. To purchase recipes, courses, or other digital products on the platform, you must first add credits to your account balance. Credits can be purchased in pre-set packs or custom amounts.


2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods for purchasing credits:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard

All card payments are processed securely through our payment provider with 3D Secure authentication where required by your card issuer.


3. Currencies

All prices on TasteSparks are denominated in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). For your convenience, you may view and pay in the following currencies:

  • GBP (£) — British Pound Sterling
  • EUR (€) — Euro
  • USD ($) — US Dollar
  • AED (د.إ) — UAE Dirham
  • AZN (₼) — Azerbaijani Manat

Currency conversion rates are applied at the time of the transaction. The final charge to your payment method may differ slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations.


4. Pricing

Credit packs are available at the following rates (prices in GBP):

  • Starter — 50 credits for £9.99
  • Standard — 150 credits for £24.99
  • Pro — 500 credits for £69.99

Custom credit amounts (20–5,000 credits) may also be purchased with volume discounts applied automatically for larger quantities.


5. Security

All transactions are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. Card details are never stored on our servers. We use 3D Secure (3DS) verification for an additional layer of security where supported by your card issuer.


6. Refunds

All sales are final. Credits added to your account are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law or in cases of verified technical failure on our part. For refund requests, please contact us at info@tastesparks.io.


7. Failed Transactions

If a payment is declined or fails, no credits will be added to your account and no charge will be applied. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact your bank or reach out to us at info@tastesparks.io.
